Balkrishan “BK” Kalra is Genpact’s President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company’s board of directors.
BK was appointed to the CEO role in 2024. BK is responsible for accelerating Genpact’s growth to deliver shareholder value and remain an employer of choice. He is known for innovation and delivering impactful transformations that leverage domain expertise, data, technology, and AI first principles.
BK’s long track record of building talented and diverse teams, delivering high-impact client outcomes, and propelling businesses to outcompete in their markets, have made him a trusted business leader and client partner.
Previously, as the global head of Genpact’s Financial Services and Consumer and Healthcare businesses, BK orchestrated and led transformation journeys for some of the world’s most renowned Fortune 500 companies.
Part of the seed team that founded Genpact, BK’s vision for nurturing digital native spaces, focusing on organic expansion, and overseeing strategic acquisitions has been instrumental in the company’s success. In addition to his career with Genpact, BK worked in investment banking during the early part of his career.
A certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt, BK received a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He frequently writes and speaks on the responsible deployment of AI and digital technologies to achieve tangible business outcomes.
BK is especially passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and serves on the board of Catalyst, a global non-profit organization helping companies build workplaces that work for women.
He describes himself as a “dad first” to his two daughters, a committed marathon runner, an average golfer, and an aspiring mountain climber.
Sameer Dewan is the Global Business Leader for Genpact’s Financial Services business.
In his role, Sameer is pivotal in guiding major clients across the banking, capital markets, and insurance industries through comprehensive digital transformation.
He focuses on leveraging innovative digital strategies to drive significant transformations for these clients, enhancing their technological and operational landscapes. Sameer has been in leadership roles of increasing responsibility at GE and Genpact, and was instrumental in setting up, running, and growing multiple businesses at Genpact. His holistic approach to serving clients, extensive experience across operations, and his expert grasp of digital technologies, have helped him lead large, successful businesses over the years.
Prior to Genpact, Sameer worked for seven years at General Electric, earning a Black Belt designation, and serving as an operations leader in GE’s insurance operations.
Sameer earned dual master’s degrees in management and economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India.
Jinsook is Genpact’s Chief Strategy, Corporate Development & Global Agentic AI Officer, where she plays a key role in the company’s strategy and investments, including ventures and acquisitions. She also works across Genpact to define and drive the Company’s vision of Agentic AI, leveraging Genpact's domain specific AI and rapidly delivering Services as Agentic AI Solutions portfolio - products that tackle critical client challenges and accelerate realization of their strategic business outcomes.
Prior to joining Genpact in 2024, Jinsook was a Cloud, Engineering, Data & AI partner at PwC. She was instrumental in shaping and advising large transformations for clients. Before PwC, she was the Chief Strategy Officer of the Applied Intelligence Business at Accenture. In this role, she refreshed growth strategies, incubated new businesses, managed R&D funding, expanded strategic partnerships and increased acquisitions. Jinsook also held executive strategy and technology roles at AIG and McKinsey & Company.
Jinsook holds a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School, as well as the CHRO program at The Wharton School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Piyush Mehta is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Country Manager for India. In this role, Piyush leads Genpact’s global Human Resources (HR) function and plays an integral role in the company’s ongoing journey to be an employer of choice. Piyush is also responsible for representing Genpact with key India stakeholders.
Piyush joined GE/Genpact in 2001 and led HR engagements across various businesses. He was appointed as CHRO in 2005 and has since been part of the leadership team. As a member of the Genpact Leadership Council, Piyush has contributed to a wide variety of areas involved in people management in both business and corporate roles, including employee relations, organization capability, integration of mergers and acquisitions, technology-led transformation, and managing the HR function for profit-and-loss businesses and geographies.
Through this journey, he has worked closely with Genpact’s Board and Compensation Committee on talent, leadership succession, and executive compensation-related matters.
Piyush is based in India and also represents the Genpact leadership team in the region as the Country Manager for India. He has been part of the NASSCOM (the leading association of technology players in India) executive council and is also a commissioner on the global certification council of the Society for Human Resource Management.
He began his career with Hindustan Lever and served as HR director for AT&T in India and as the organization capability director for Frito-Lay, Asia Pacific. Piyush has a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur in India.
Anil Nanduru is the Global Business Leader for Genpact’s High Tech and Manufacturing, and Consumer and Healthcare verticals. In this role, Anil serves major clients across these industries, supporting them in their transformation journeys, and driving innovation at the intersection of AI, data, and new-age technologies.
Anil also established and built Genpact’s businesses in the key markets of Japan and Germany.
Previously, Anil was Genpact’s chief commercial officer. In that role, he led global sales, client relations, sales operations, and the commercial and pricing teams. This was an expansion of his role as head of Global Sales, where he drove solid growth, including in the company’s digital go-to-market initiatives. Prior to that, he built the digital solution team by commercializing products and significantly grew the company’s intelligent automation business.
Anil also served as sales leader for Genpact’s industrial, manufacturing, and services vertical business, where he was instrumental in creating the strategic roadmap for the sales team. This included driving sales cadence and rigor to help build and nurture strategic client relationships.
Earlier in his Genpact career, Anil established a number of shared service centers and led large-scale transition and process transformation programs for global clients.
Anil spent the first five years of his career at GE Capital, where he was a member of GE's Global Leadership Development Program. He is a certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt and holds a U.S. Patent on call-routing algorithms.
Anil earned a degree in marketing and operations from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore and is a mechanical engineer.
Riju Vashisht is the Chief Growth Officer at Genpact and also serves as the leader of Genpact's Enterprise Services, Partnerships, and Alliances.
In her position, Riju plays a pivotal role in advancing Genpact's growth trajectory. Her responsibilities include expanding strategic client relationships, championing Genpact's AI-First strategy through core services including finance and accounting, order management, supply chain, and risk, and orchestrating innovative joint solutions that drive business outcomes for clients through technology partners and strategic alliances.
Additionally, Riju is responsible for overseeing Genpact's marketing function, with the goal of fostering brand advocacy. She also is responsible for Genpact's strategic initiatives in growing the Experience business portfolio and leading the expansion of Genpact’s services in key growth markets of Japan and Germany.
In her previous role, Riju served as Genpact’s leader of digital solutions, automation, and transitions, where she focused on scaling the automation business and delivering digital transformation for clients. Before that, she was Chief Operating Officer of Genpact’s Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, and Healthcare businesses.
Riju was part of the Genpact leadership team that oversaw the significant transformation of Genpact from a GE unit for back-office operations to an independent company, becoming a global leader in professional services and driving transformation for clients.
Riju began her career at Unilever as a graduate trainee, developing her people management skills. She then advanced in Human Resources at Whirlpool and played a key role in setting up Walmart India's operations. With experience in leading teams across India, the Philippines, and South Africa, Riju combines a deep understanding of people and business to drive client outcomes.
A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Riju has a master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
Sanjeev Vohra is Genpact’s Chief Technology and Innovation Officer.
In this role, Sanjeev is focused on developing the Company’s technology strategy & roadmaps, which include scaling advanced technologies and AI capabilities, advancing technology acquisitions, infusing AI into all client solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation. He works closely with Genpact’s clients, partners, business leaders and employees, to reimagine future-ready solutions generating business value and growth.
Prior to joining Genpact in 2024, Sanjeev spent more than 20 years at Accenture in a variety of roles, including Global Lead for Accenture’s Data & AI business (Applied Intelligence), Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for Accenture Technology. He also served on Accenture’s Global Management and Investment Committees and was their Global Sponsor for Inclusion and Diversity.
Prior to joining Accenture, Sanjeev held functional and IT roles at Honeywell, Alcatel-Lucent and the Timex Group. He takes pride in his knowledge and accomplishments in supply chain, manufacturing, ERP and digital transformations.
Sanjeev is a technologist, an innovator, a futurist, and a people-first leader. He is actively involved in the technology & AI start up community, always seeking new opportunities to learn, collaborate and innovate.
Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Technology degree and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
Mike Weiner is Chief Financial Officer of Genpact.
In this role, Mike supports the company’s strategic growth initiatives, driving the company’s financial performance and shareholder value.
Mike is a seasoned finance executive. He joined Genpact in August 2021 from National General Holdings Corp., a specialty insurance company where he served as chief financial officer and treasurer.
Prior to that, Mike was chief financial officer of the Global Insurance Division of Ally Financial, a unit of GMAC Financial Services Inc. He was also with Cerberus Capital Management Operations and Advisory Company, serving as a key leader on their financial services team. Earlier in his career Mike held financial management positions with Citigroup, KPMG, Bankers Trust Company, and Dreyfus Service Corporation.
Mike brings to Genpact strong leadership and finance experience with public companies. He has a proven track record of taking companies public, managing numerous capital offerings, developing strong buy- and sell-side investor coverage, and managing complex mergers and acquisitions. He also has partnered with internal teams to lead restructuring and integrations to grow profitable business and create significant value.
Mike is a chartered financial analyst. He earned an MBA from Hofstra University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Adelphi University.
